These nine members, under the leadership of the priest, make the day-to-day decisions on the operations of the Church. Our Council consists of a Chairman, Vice-Chairman, Treasurer and Secretary as well as five other members. There are ex-officio members which are leaders of the various ministry teams who are also voting members of the Parish Council.
We have a few more technical details to iron out with our Cloud Storage solution, and we will be able to publish links to documents on this site. Thus, prior to the Annual Meeting, you could publish appropriate Financials and other PDF documents which would be appropriate for public access. Each ministry team will be able to decide who will be in the group which receives the emails from these forms on that team's page. So it could go to all members, only the team Secretary, or however else you wanted to set it up.
